i have this how can insert this line

into this line of code:

You can also put two spaces in quotes, thus eliminating a need for " " & " "

Is this what you want:

strsub = "TNW a/c #" & " " & ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Icube").Range("A7").Value & "  " & "and" & _
    "  " & ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Icube").Range("A8").Value & ", " & _
    "Credit Card charges authorization for the " & ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Icube").Range("J2").Value & _
    " " & "Invoices" & "," & Format(ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Icube").Range("B9"), " $#,##0.00; ($#,##0.00)")
