Custom button images for Excel 2011 for Mac?

I have created meaningful icons for a number of macros used by our engineers. These were used as "buttons" on the ribbon in previous versions.

Is there anyway to convert these images or create new images for buttons on a custom toolbar in Excel 2011 for Mac? The 42 supplied by Microsoft won't work for us.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Copy the desired image to the Mac OS X clipboard in any application. In Excel, right-click on your destination button and then choose Properites from the pop-up menu. Click the little triangle to the right of the button preview and choose Paste Button Image.

Thanks for the reply. Sounds like something that should work. Unfortunately, in the intervening time (six months), I have completely forgotten for which project this button was intended. I will post the answer to our other engineers because it is sure to come up again.

Just tried this out - works a treat. Another one of those things that is straightforward but not obvious. Thanks again, Jim.
