Custom Chart Code

Ive come accross a few posts on charts recently which has sparked my interst in the below question.

Going to the Format Axis area and selecting the Number tab then Custom ive learning I can control the colour and outcome of some of the results.

My problem is id like to see and learn about all these commands and how I can apply them, and how they work together.

i.e.

Colours [red] [blue]

Requests if Possible.

Show the highest number in a group as red, on any axis.
