I have a shared workbook with many sheets. Some sheets I’d rather others not be exposed to, in an effort to prevent confusion. There are also columns in sheets visible to all that need to be hidden and others need to be locked to prevent accidental deleting of formulas.

When using password protection, and custom views, there is an error that pops up "Alert, some view settings could not be applied"? A sheet that has been protected won't unhide in the custom view selected.
Looking for a work around for that?
