data can't be seen in cells

I have a user that when he opens a spreadsheet he can't see the data in the cells, only in the formula bar.

When I open the ss on another machine, the data displays fine.

Any suggestions?
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
