Data from user form not inserted into excel

Hi there, i faced a problem as fill in my packing user form with value but in the excel data on "production output and total rejection" remain as 0 .... ???

Can someone help me with this problem, much appreciate.
I attach my workbook fell free to edit it.

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
