Hi. I have a query that brings in data from another sheet. I need to extend this table to add 2 new columns where I want to add additional information.

The problem is - when new rows are added from my external data source, they get imported into the table, but the data from the 2 new columns is not indexed, which mismatches the row data that was previously there.

For info - I am planning on extending the table to column V and W. Then I add the data into these new columns. When I click refresh the values in column V and W dont match where they originally were.

Any help is much appreciated

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Can you show data and formulas before the refresh, and the situation after?
