Hi all,

I've got a data table in excel that is populated from a combination of RTD, formulas and some manual entry.

I'm wanting to take snapshots of this data at regular intervals throughout the day and record this data, timestamped, in a separate tab. E.g. record a snapshot of a few different cells every 5 minutes.
I'd then like this data in the tab to be cleared completely that same evening, for the process to then repeat the next day by recording the data throughout the day.

Please would someone be able to help with this, I'm unsure if i can do this with regular excel functions or if VBA is needed.

Thanks

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
