Data table colors don't match

I'm having an issue with the data table colors for a bar graph chart not matching the color of the bars. I change a bar color and most of the time the data table color for the element also changes but sometimes not. Any idea why? I've even tried removing the data table and re-adding but colors still don't match.

Hmmm.... well I added a legend, changed those colors, which made the data table legend colors to now match, then I removed the legend...whatever MS.
