Data Validation, but there's more to it than that!

Ok so basically what I'm trying to accomplish here has to do with an invoicing template I am setting up.

I know how to do data validation, so I've set up a list of descriptions for the different things we charge for.

HOWEVER

I also would like to link another list I created, which are the corresponding prices for the previous list. I want it to be set up so that when the data is picked for the description in column D, the price will automatically pop up in column C. This is proving difficult. I set up something similar before with the help of another at my previous company, but I can't recall just quite what functions we used. If anyone could help me I'd greatly appreciate it. It's not exactly a beginner question but even if you could just give me a hint I could figure it out again.

Thank you so much.

Rebecca
