In my workbook I have the company name and date at the top of every worksheet. The formula I have in the cell showing the date is =CONCATENATE("As of ",'Data Sheet'!B3). 'Data Sheet'!B3 contains the current date, however when it appears on all my other worksheets it says "As of 40722" rather than "As of 6/27/11." How do I format within a concatenation?

Try it like this...

="As of "&TEXT('Data Sheet'!B3,"m/d/yy")
