DATEDIF with two start dates

Is there any way to compare one end date to two start dates, calculating whichever start date is later? For example:

Expiration Date	4/7/2018
Assignment Date	6/19/2018
Submission Date	11/8/2018
	142
Expiration Date	4/7/2018
Assignment Date	3/5/2018
Submission Date	11/8/2018
	215
