Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
You posted a bad example since both the month and day values are less than 13 (so we can't tell for sure which one is supposed to be the month especially since neither possible date occurred on a Monday as you showed). Give this custom cell format a try...

Forgive me for the "10", was supposed to be "11", but THANKS BUNCHES!! That's exactly what I needed!! I appreciate the help!
