Day/date formatting

Excel Facts

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
You posted a bad example since both the month and day values are less than 13 (so we can't tell for sure which one is supposed to be the month especially since neither possible date occurred on a Monday as you showed). Give this custom cell format a try...

Sincerely,
