Defined Range into Email Body

This has been baffling me now for days:

I am creating a timesheet on excel (2007), and I'd like my reports to submit it to me via email (as they're volunteers, they are not the best at doing this) so I've tried to simplify the process.

The sheet has all the relevant info in the range B1:M36 and I'd like it mailed to me, so there is a big "button" in one of the cells which contains:
="Mailto: "&S4&"?Subject="&S6& "&Body="&B1:M36""
which returns everything correctly (cell refs S4 & S6 are what I need) but the range returns only a blank email.

I've resigned myself to the fact that it is going to be more complicated than I thought. Is there any VB code that would achieve my objective?

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
