Delete characters from cell in a list

How do I easily delete each instance of "J##" from each cell in this list?

You could do a find and replace on (space) J??

With Match Case turned on and replace with nothing.

Based on your existing data
use a helper column
=LEFT(A1,LEN(A1)-3)

and copy down

This will retain the space at the end but you only asked to remove the "J##"
(If you wanna remove the space change 3 to 4 in the above)
