Delete source data, keep graph

Hello,

I have the following question:

In Excel I have 2 sheets, called 'sheet1' and 'sheet2'. In sheet1 is placed a graph, the source data for the graph is placed in sheet2. Now what I want to do is to delete sheet2 (the source data) and keep the graph in sheet1. This because I don't want that the end user can change the values and I don't want to save 45000 calculations (to save memory). When I normally delete the source data sheet, I will also lose the graph.

So is there a way to save the graph and without the source data? So that the graph would be something like a picture, that can't be changed anymore.

I hope I described the question properly, English is not my native language.

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
Copy it to MS WORD and then copy it back to an Excel spreadsheet.

English is my native language but I think you are better at it.

You can also copy the pictue in Excel. I just tried copying a chart, then pasting it to another filem deleting the source and this works.

Just hold down the shift key, go to edit - copy picture, then paste special to where you want it - of course, it is now only a picture so data can be removed on source page.
