I have a spreadsheet that is taken off a network drive and stored locally on a user's machine so they can make changes while on the road. I have a macro that uploads the information into the network file and saves that workbook, but was wondering if it is possible to delete the file that is stored on the user's machine after the updates to the network file are made?

On a side note, is it possible to prevent users from changing the filename without locking the spreadsheet?

Thanks!

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.

If you have access to the file you can use VBA Kill. Something like :-

Code:
Kill "c:\filename.xls"
