I've figured out how to create demand & supply curves using the scatter chart function. But how does excel show the (x) and (y) values of the intersection point of the curves? Also, can excel calculate the area beneath the demand & supply curve where this is not a straightforward triangle because the lines are curved?

Thanks, Tushar, for the tips on reading the x and y values from a graph using a dummy point, and for the measuring the area under the curves. These are really helpful. I suppose the issue is that they are graphical estimates rather than excel calculations, but near enough for most practical purposes I guess. Again. many thanks.
