Hello,
If I have the following information:
Asset purchase date: 22-Nov-17
Yearly depreciation percentage: (15%)

Can we calculate the last date of depreciation ?

Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
You can draw some idea here - Though, generally, it is assumed that every asset has a life and scrap value and rate of depreciation is ascertained on that basis only.

Based on the information provided, no, the last period of depreciation cannot be determined. Do you have more information about the depreciation method to be used (there are many)? Since you've expressed the yearly depreciation in terms of a percentage, I'm assuming it is some type of declining balance method. As @SanjayGMusafir points out, you'll also need some additional information...normally the asset's initial cost, useful life, and salvage value are used in conjunction with the depreciation method to establish the depreciation amount and schedule.
