Okay.

I have two areas in a spreadsheet that I want to display data from a list of data elsewhere on the sheet.

The list of data has 3 columns. First column is names. Second column is shift times, for example, 20:00 - 04:00. Third column tests whether the start/finish times of the shift in the 2nd column are a "Morning" shift or an "Evening" shift. The results of the test display "Morning" and "Evening" as appropriate, through a simple IF statement.

In the first area of the spreadsheet where I want data to be displayed I want it to only display data that appears in the list with "Morning" in the 3rd column. In the second area of the spreadsheet, I want data to be displayed that appears in the list as "Evening".

I hope this makes sense and hopefully someone can help me with the correct combination of formulae to use.

Thanks
