Divide by Percentage question

Scenario: I need to calculate break time for my employees on a week to date basis based on hours worked compared to a percentage goal. To simplify some what; an 8 hour shift gives 30 minutes of break time which equates to a 6.25% goal. On a calculator I can multiply the hours by 60 to get total minutes worked and divide by 6.25% which on an 8 hour shift equals 30. The problem I'm having is that there is no "percent" calc on Excel that I have been able to find that gives the same result. On an 8 hour shift * 60 = 480/6.25=76.8.

Since I have 50+ employees to check daily, the manual calculator method gets tedious and time consuming.

Any help is appreciated.
