Dividing data into groups of deciles

I've got roughly ~10k rows of data that I need to assign an individual rank to (1-4). From this, I need to have some sort of lead sheet (so, 4 additional sheets) for each rank (1-4) that will calculate the decile for each by the the individual 1-4 defined rank.

Essentially would have the datasheet which has formulas to calculate what category/rank each row belongs to, again assigned a 1-4 value. I will then want the decile calculation for all rows that are assigned a 4, 3, etc. I will be updating the master data set daily, so will need it to be relatively straightforward.

Would prefer a macro-free solution so more unfamiliar excel users could still leverage.

Appreciate all the help, per usual!
