Does Digitally Signed VBA Take Care of All Security Issues?

Hi All,
I have digitally signed a VBA code. The macro security issue has been taken care of. However, Excel displays
other security issues such as the image below. I can enable editing, but I want to prevent other users from seeing the same message.
I thought that when a file is digitally signed that should take care of all security issues. Is it possible to turn off this message for my users?

1. In Trust Center, disable (untick) 'Enable Protected View for files originating from the Internet':
