My problem is that scrolling is tiresom
I have in this sheet 46 products and each product has 24 rows that belong to it.
Is there a way to put in levels to a sheet. Eg 1st level you just see product name and then when you expand you see the rows benieth it.
Just like when you get a file from SAP that you have the levels in it.
THNX for the help

Hi Caroline

Have you looked at Data---Group and outline. I think it might do what you are looking for

I am not sure of your exact requirements but another option may be to select your data area and apply the AutoFilter (Data|Filter|AutoFilter).
Then you can use the AutoFilter drop-down in the Product column to display just the product of interest.
