Drag Across aint working

Hi fellow Mrexcel enthusiasts.

am using WPS on smartphone pls.

i have a table that my smartphone cant attach.

am trying to pick $B$6 and concatenate with B12, C12, D12....to Z12

Then pick $C$6, concatenate with B12, C12, D12....to Z12.

all the way until $Z$6 joining up with B12, C12, D12....to Z12.

Starting at Cell B14

= $B$6&""&C12
= $B$6&""&D12

Selecting this Range and trying to Drag Down is not picking E12, F12... to Z12

Same case for C6:
=$C$6&""&B12
= $C$6&""&C12
= $C$6&""&D12

Till Z6:
=$Z$6&""&B12
= $Z$6&""&C12
= $Z$6&""&D12

Your title says drag across, now you are dragging down, which do you actually want?
