all, when i drag down a date or 2 dates i lose a minute.
So cell B5 has the hard date 1/1/21
Cell B6 has the hard date 1/1/21 1:00
I then highlight the 2 and drag down. you can see when i get down to 1/5/21 when it goes from 3 to 4 am, it doesnt go to 4am it goes to 3:59 any help would be great.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
On my machine it starts building a 10 ms error with each new line after the two fixed ones.
Probably due to rounding.
I would go with a formula (time + 1/24)

I would use

=mround(b1+"1:00", "0:01")

Those will both accumulate the same type of floating-point error, because 1/24 has no exact representation in binary.
