Describing the excel spreadsheet:
From columns B to column G, you have the data with the different dates and deadlines (days that the activities last)

From column I to column BP, I have the period, YEAR and MONTH, the initial year may vary and thus, (I8: BP8) (Years) may vary.

What I want:

In VBA to draw a red rectangle (SHAPE) with the period that lasts the prediction of AT1 activity, from 12/5/2016 to 3/6/2017, and a green rectangle (SHAPE) with the period that actually lasts the activity AT1, 05/15/2017 to 11/11/2017.

And this for all activities. Whenever I delete an activity, the rectangles are also deleted, and the formatting that existed is restored.
Whenever I enter a new activity the map is updated (only the new line)

I Can provide the spreadsheet basis

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
