Hi,

I am working on creating a tool for my job and I would like to have a drop-down list that displays the four shifts (12A, 12B, 10A, 10B). I have a main sheet with all of the data on it that includes a table with a roster and areas each employee are trained, and then a separate sheet with a roster for each individual shift separated into four tables.. I am trying to make it so when I select a shift from the drop-down list, it inserts the selected shift's table into the main sheet. Basically I want to be able to have a designated group of cells that will rotate through the tables. So - if 12A is selected, insert [table12A] into cell B5 - if 12B is selected, insert [table12B] into cell B5 - if 10A is selected, insert [table10A] into cell B5 - if 10B is selected, insert [table10B] into cell B5. This way I can have a swappable table in that are on the sheet and keep constant data on the rest.

If that doesn't make sense I'll explain further, but PLEASE help!

Thank you!

If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
hi tjodell1995,

Welcome to the board.

I would suggest providing a sample file that would be helpful to every one trying to provide a solution to your query.
