Drop List in a drop list

Hello,

I want to make in excel a drop list in a drop list!

What do i mean with that.

I want that people have to choose in a cell from a drop list. and in the cell next to it i want them to select again from a droplist but this must change if u choose something else in your first droplist.

For example:

I choose: drinks in "A1" so in A2 i want a new drop least where i can choose between Fake-product or brend-product

So if i choose in A1 foot so i want in A2 to choose between, meat, fruits,...

Who can help me out.

I even want maybe in A3 another droplist concerning A2

Hello ,
thx for the information. But i try to do the dependent data validation and in source i must type = indirect(A2)
But he does not reconniz Indirect.

I have a flemish Excel :s


Do you know how to solve this?

In Dutch it is INDIRECT. Maybe try INDIREKT
