Duplicate rows with same data but different IDs

I have one employee A who sold product A but employee A is part of the team and the criteria is everybody will be paid the commission. How to do this in excel so that employee B, C, D and E should get the commission but want to add rows with different employee IDs and do not want to do it manually. Any solution for this which should be the easiest one. Thanks

Welcome to the Forum

My suggestion would be to link Employee A to E to a Team Name or Team ID than duplicating the entries.

Whenever you want to give commision you can calculate that using that team name or ID and distribute among team members as promised.

It shall keep things simple for you for analysis in future for eg you want to know which sale was actual done by which employee and much more...
