Looking to tie the range name to cell value

For example

ABC
1
2A_Sanchez
31
43
57
66
72
81
9

I want the name of Range B1:B8 to equal the value of B:2

This way when I Fire A_Sanchez and Hire someone else I can put their name in B:2 without having to rename the range

Thanks
