Editing a pivot table chart

I've created a chart based on a pivot table, which works perfectly.

However, I'm trying to improve the asthetics of it and I'm struggling to do so.

I'd ideally like to change the following:

-Remove the "Drop Page Fields Here" text box that has appeared above the chart
-Change the ranges from grey button style labels to 'normal' labels.
-Remove the drop down menu from the Series box (and stop this being a grey button style box also).

Any ideas? Help and google aren't getting me anywhere!
