Enforcing "Use the old shared workbooks feature" via group policy

With respect to Excel, we require the following option checked for a certain group of users. I have also attached a screen shot. But this is getting unchecked after some time. Is there a way to enforce this via group policy or some other mechanism? We are using Microsoft office 365 ProPlus in our environment. Thanks.

Share Workbook (Legacy) button either from the Review tab or either from the Quick Access Toolbar > option “Use the old shared workbooks feature instead of the new co-authoring experience”
