Error message when adding rows to table.

This message pops up when I hit tab in the last column of the table or if I add data underneath the last row. This Sheet im working on is from scratch and has no connections to outside sources. I have checked links and there is none. What should I check next? No functionality is affected just annoying.

Have a look in name manager. I've found references to other workbooks accidentally copied and pasted into new workbooks with mass data entry.
