Error:You've entered too many arguments
Yea, I know this is a common problem, but I'm stumped.

Doing it in VBA is not an option because I need it to run at work and we are still using Excel 03 with no macros enabled

Formula:
=IF(AND(B6>=AddPayDate,Addpmt="Yes",D6<>""),IF((D6+F6)>(E6+AddPay),AddPay,(D6+F6-E6),0))

File located
https://cid-cc5d3864152288a6.office.live.com/edit.aspx/.Public/Loan%20Refinance%202010-9-23%20D.xlsx

The cell that it's supposed to go into is 'Refi Amort'!G6

What I'm trying to do:
I need 3 possible solutions in the cell
#1
"0" which is the output when the date of payment(B6) is greater than the chosen day (AddPayDate), and I have chosen to make regular additional payments (Addpmt="Yes")

#2
If Date of Payemnt (B6) is after the day that I have chosen to make regular payments then I need it to = AddPay

#3
There is one scenario where a loan will have a few $ left and will need to be paid off and I want it to be smart enough to just pay it off. The formula above is right, just too complex. (Looks short to me)

Any help is always appreciated
(I can't get the chart range to be dynamic either if anyone has any tricks.)

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Maybe =IF(AND(B6>=AddPayDate, Addpmt="Yes"), 0, IF(D6 + F6 > E6 + AddPay, AddPay, D6 + F6 - E6))

Thanks, I am going to have to look at what you did. I've never seen if's used like that. It needed a little tweeking, but because of you it works.

=IF(AND(B5>=AddPayDate, Addpmt="Yes",D5<>""), IF(D5 + F5 > E5 + AddPay, AddPay, D5 + F5 - E5), 0)
