Excel 2000 Chart Data label Change

I got a simple scatter chart.
Three data columns
A - Store number
B - Sales %
C - Sales

Chart shows
X - sales
Y - Sales %
data points are Sales %

How to label the data points in the chart with the store number and not their values?
I'm using old Excel 2000
