Excel 2007 Chart - Is there a way to do 3 Axes?

I have a chart with 2 types of data (2 axes). Is there a way I can add a third axes value? Need to chart Count, Dollars, and Lag.
Thank you.

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Not really. You could use a bubble chart which uses bubble size to represent a value?
