Excel 2010 Column Names

Somehow I managed to change the column alpahbetical names A,B,C, etc to numerical names 1,2,3, etc. Now, my formulas look totally different referencing numbers instead of letters.

How do I change the column names back to alphabetical?

Go to File (Back Stage View), Options, Formulas, and then under Working with formulas, uncheck R1C1 reference style.
