Excel Crashes

We use Excel 2003 SP3. We also use other applications such as Interwoven Worksite, MYOB and Quickbooks. We often copy and paste data eg profit/ loss account data from a MYOB file into excel worksheets. We also drop in pdf docs from Worksite and other excel spreadsheets often that have been saved as excel documents after originally being MYOB documents. Sometimes the documents we drop in are linked to other documents in worksite or the information that has been copied and pasted in may have links or other formatting brought over. We are finding excel sometimes crashes when this type of data or documents are pasted/dropped in/linked but we cannot reproduce the error consistently. We do know that excel does not like having documents dropped in that are linked to other documents in worksite. What we don't know is if this is an excel issue or an issue with the other applications eg Worksite. Has anyone ever had issues with excel and Interwoven Worksite?
