Excel Error Help

I am trying to open an Excel spreadsheet and I get a "We found a problem with some content in "File Name". Do you want us to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes. I click Yes, then I get a repair dialog with Excel was able to open the file by repairing or removing unreadable content.
