Excel file became very slow

Hi, I was revising my Excel file and added some pivot tables and charts. But somehow the file became extremely slow. Adding a row in the Machinery List table or saving the file could take upwards of 15mins! I tried creating a new file and transferring the data over and it became quicker, adding the row took ~3min but saving the file still took ~15min. Wondering if anyone here could help me figure out what has happened and how to fix it. Kindly see the attached files in the link below for your reference.
