Is it possible to use both an AND & an OR in an IF function??

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

eg

a1 = 5
b1 = 5
c1 = yes

d1 = if(or(and(a1=5,b1=5),c1=yes),"one condition met","no conditions met")
