Excel- Pivot table query

Hi, I just wanted to analyse the data in excel using Pivot table. Data is quite huge. But I just need few columns details and duplicated to be removed and I got the distinct counts of specific columns.. But when I click that counts, I couldn't see the distinct details of that selected column alone. Getting overall details with duplicates. Is there any option or way to get that resolved? It would be really helpful if there is any way to get that done easily... Thank you..

Welcome to MrExcel.
When using the pivot table wizard, you should notice a check box on the bottom of the "Create PivotTable" window saying "add this data to the Data Model"
Check that box and after finishing the wizzard you're able to choose Distinct Count as a value measure.
