Hi

I would like your help, because I am not an excel expert.
I'm building an excel sheet, which will need several parameters. I'll start with the first one.

So, I have a sheet on which I intend to draw shapes. These shapes are rectangles and squares. I intend that these shapes fill exactly the cell boundaries, that is, if a rectangle occupies two cells, it cannot occupy two and a half cells. This situation is fundamental, because when I introduce another form, it must exactly coincide with the boundaries of the adjacent cell, to not exceed sheet limits.
Is there any way to do this, without macros? ( I don't know how to create macros )

Thanks

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Welcome to the forum,

Pick your shape and before drawing hold the Alt Key down and then drawer with the mouse. The shape should fill the cell or cells depending on how may cells you want to fill.

Thanks for the answer.

I've tried this method, but when I draw the shape, I can't get the shape to completely fill the cell boundaries. There is always a margin. Too much or too little. I am using the pre-defined forms of excel.

Would it be possible to create a shape that would automatically occupy, up to the limit of the cell, a number of cells that I could define previously?

When you drawer your shape what if you adjust the shape outline weight to 2 ¼ that should cover the cell borders.
