Hi any remedy to make my excel faster?

This is some sample of my excel formulas

=xlookup = b5&c2, NAME&DATE, LEAVE,"")
=xlookup = b6&c2, NAME&DATE, LEAVE,"")
=xlookup = b7&c2, NAME&DATE, LEAVE,"")
=xlookup = b8&c2, NAME&DATE, LEAVE,"")

Then drag the formula until

=xlookup = b55&c2, NAME&DATE, LEAVE,"")

And also I would need to drag the formula from
=xlookup = b5&c2, NAME&DATE, LEAVE,"")
=xlookup = b55&c2, NAME&DATE, LEAVE,"")

To

=xlookup = b5&AG2, NAME&DATE, LEAVE,"")
=xlookup = b55&AG2, NAME&DATE, LEAVE,"")

Please help me this is the first time I experience this issue don't know what to do.

Thank you

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
See I have my excel file that must have at least 90,000+ XLOOKUP(s) working at all time

Certainly it slows down Excel to the extent that it irritates.

After much research, I found turning Calculation from Automatic to manual can be the best solution if you can't do away with XLOOKUP(s).

After inputting new data whenever I need to recalculate, I just press calculate on left bottom or save as the case may be.

Also, to mention, if you have Autorecover on, after a mentioned interval (generally 10 minutes) it starts saving in background and all by sudden system slows down to recalculate everything. I personally keep Autorecover also off. It has got some risks and conveniences involved. You evaluvate yours and act accordingly.

See screenshots for reference.
