Excel Table Subtotal (Average or Average)

Hi all,

Was having some issues with the subtotal fuction in excel. I have a data set which has a list of percentages worked out with countif <= & > a certain date:
E.G
(IFERROR(SUM(COUNTIFS('CSAT Comments'!$D:$D,({"very-satisfied","satisfied"}),'CSAT Comments'!$B:$B,$A3,'CSAT Comments'!$A:$A,"<="&$B3))/COUNTIFS('CSAT Comments'!$B:$B,$A3,'CSAT Comments'!$A:$A,"<="&$B3),"").

The date changes row by row as different people were trained at different times.

I added the total from the design tab but when selecting average it is an average of an average. What I want to do is have a formula which performs the calculation on the entire data source. Meaning all of the dates would be taken into consideration. I know this may not be explained very well but please offer any advice if you can! Thank you very much!
