Excluding Horizontal axis titles if the corresponding legend value is zero

Hi,

I have a dynamic array which is used to create a bar graph.

It's pretty simple it's the service provider x money spent but there are 2 bars, one for this month and one for last month

Is it possible to exclude the horizontal axis titles for those who have money spent of zero?

Right now i have the graph and then a bunch of providers that have zero spent id like then removed so that that graph is smaller and better reps spending
