Explode Majority Pie Slice

Hi there,
I've just created a mock voting system, and added a pie chart to show the percentage vote. However, to emphasise the winner of the vote, I want to automatically explode out the piece that wins. Is there any way that I can do this and have it automatically update when the data changes?

P.S. I'd rather not use VBA code, but if I have to, I will.

In Excel 2010 there is an exploded pie chart type. If so, does that work?
