Good morning all :)

I hope that someone may be able to help me.

I've a spreadsheet where I've imported data from multiple sources, with the aim of validating that all the data is correct. I've managed to get so far but I'm stuck on one particular bit.

On of the data sets has a written description, so it names the attribute and the financial figure. I've managed to make a formula to extract the key text but I need to extract the financial information - preferably with the attribute name in the same column to make life easier. However, to make it more difficult - there is multiple financial figures. I'll show you below -

As I said, I've managed to extract the key attributes I need -

(ignore the numbers)

However can anyone think of a way that I could extract the financial information and the name of the attribute that it is relevant to? It's so difficult since there's more than one and it changes line to line :(

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
